Around three decades ago, the idea of Molly B’s was sparked into life in the back of a flower shop run by two great friends.

Founded by Cookie Burns and Cathy, these two revolutionized the grandmother shirt, allowing proud grandparents to display their families with a collection of faces on a denim shirt.

Cookie and Sid Burns, along with their family traveled from the West Coast to the East Coast for a little more than a decade sharing their creation with the nation.

Although Cookie, or Grandmomma, is no longer with us, that doesn’t mean her creation can no longer be shared. Molly B’s is now being run by a father/daughter duo, Jeremy Burns, Cookie’s son, and Kiara Burns, her granddaughter.

We are so excited to continue producing more of the well-known Grandmother shirts, as well as adding faces to the shirts Cookie has previously made. We also look forward to adding our new twist to some of the seasonal designs and coming up with more unique ones!
